The startup builds what it calls a context platform for enterprise AI agents. Chief executive Sarah Levy first disclosed the round to Axios Pro, before the company published its announcement on Wednesday.
Existing investor 10D also took part, alongside a group of founders from the security and data world. They include Wiz co-founder Yinon Kostika and Cyera chief executive Yotam Segev. Eon chief executive Ofir Ehrlich, Tavily founder Rotem Weiss and former Tableau chief executive Mark Nelson also invested. The round takes Euno’s total funding to $29m.
The problem Euno is selling against Picture an agent asked for last quarter’s customer churn. A big company may have several versions of that number, built by different teams, some of them stale. Access to the database does not tell the agent which one the finance team trusts. Euno’s bet is that this missing knowledge, not model quality, is what keeps agents out of production.
Euno says its platform learns how an organisation builds, uses and governs its data. Each agent then gets only the slice of context its task needs. It also enforces access rules, so an agent does not reach data it should not. As agents act, the system feeds what it learns back into that shared picture.
Levy frames that accumulated knowledge as the lasting advantage. “Models keep getting better and cheaper,” she said in the announcement. The moat, in her view, is the company’s own record “of how work gets done.” The pitch lands in a crowded part of the stack. Security startups are raising large rounds to control what agents can touch, including Act Security and Onyx Security. Levy argues data teams have been right to slow AI down.
Nobody, she said, could tell them what an agent would reach once connected. Who is behind it Levy and Eyal Firstenberg founded Euno in 2023. Both graduated from Talpiot, the Israeli military’s technology programme. Levy was previously chief technology officer at Sight Diagnostics.
Firstenberg was vice president of research and development at LightCyber, which Palo Alto Networks acquired. He now leads Euno’s San Francisco office. The company has nearly 30 staff across the US and Israel. It expects to double that by the end of the year.
It says most of the new money will go into sales, marketing and AI research. Named customers include market intelligence company AlphaSense and telecoms group Zayo. Zayo’s director of data and AI governance, Will Mitchell, said Euno let the company skip building a traditional data catalogue. What the round does not show Euno has not disclosed revenue or a customer count beyond saying it works with Fortune 500 organisations.
Its claim to deploy AI in weeks rather than a year is the company’s own. Moshe Zilberstein, a general partner at N47, called Euno the only company building this kind of infrastructure natively for AI, a claim from an investor with an obvious stake in it. The market it depends on is real, though. The biggest data platforms, including Databricks and Snowflake, are racing to make their data usable by agents.
That gives a small context layer a large pool of potential customers, and large potential rivals. Levy told Axios Pro that Euno may raise again within 12 months if customer traction stays strong. A named customer count, or revenue, would be the clearest sign that it has.
